Nandita Parekh

My name is Nandita Parekh, and I am an undergraduate student from San Diego, CA studying Environmental Science with an emphasis in Leadership, Sustainability, and Communication. Through my degree and working with Dr. Ramirez-Andreotta, I have gained a deep interest in and passion for environmental justice, environmental quality, and serving my community in the ways I can best. As an Earth Grant intern, I am working on identifying and quantifying contamination in the University of Arizona Community Garden to ensure the environmental quality of the public space.
